Michael S. Ellis, MD, FACS, is a Clinical Professor at Louisiana State University and Tulane Schools of Medicine and is the Past President of Louisiana State Medical Society.
 

Peter E. Lavine, MD, is a doctor of Orthopedic Surgery, Trauma, Adult Reconstruction, Sports & Performing Arts Medicine.  He is the President of the Medical Society of the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C (2004, 2009) and the former Chairman of the Board of Directors, Medical Society of the District of Columbia (2005-2008), and is an Alternate Delegate to American Medical Association representing the Medical Society of the District of Columbia.

 
Carl W Lentz III, MD, FACS, is a full time practicing Plastic Surgeon in Daytona Beach, Fl. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has served as President of the Florida Medical Assn, the Volusia County Medical Society, Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Halifax Health Medical Center, as a member of the Florida Attorney General's Litigation Advisors Panel, and as Chairman of the Halifax Civic League.
 

Richard B. Warner, MD, is a psychiatrist in private practice.  He is a recent past president of the Kansas Medical Society.
 

Marcy Zwelling-Aamot, MD, FACEP, is a practicing internist in Southern California and the president of the Society for Innovative Medical Practice Design, an organization representing physicians who directly contract with their patients.  She is past president of the Los Angeles County Medical Association and serves as a Board Member of the California Medical Association.  She passionately believes that the best health care is driven by a strong trusting patient- doctor relationship.
